Delete your account & data

You can delete your NextBite account directly in the iOS app through Settings → Delete Account. You may be asked to sign in again before deletion for security.

The deletion process is designed to remove your authentication account and account-linked information, including your profile, private saved restaurants, collections, notes, friend relationships and requests, device tokens, and related user-owned records.

NextBite may retain a limited pseudonymous record showing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy versions you accepted, their document hashes, and acceptance timestamps. Information may also remain temporarily in backups or where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or enforcement. Shared or deidentified restaurant, source, video, caption, transcript, or generated records may remain when they are no longer linked to your account.

Account deletion may not automatically delete analytics records held under a pseudonymous identifier. To request deletion of eligible account-linked analytics information, or if you cannot access the app, email nextbitesupport@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.
