1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the NextBite app and website. NextBite helps you save restaurant recommendations from videos, organize places, share food plans, and rank restaurants you have tried. By using NextBite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Your account

Sign in with Apple or Google to use account features. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in account secure, and do not use someone else’s account without permission. Contact nextbitesupport@gmail.com if you believe your NextBite account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Using NextBite responsibly

Use NextBite lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not upload harmful or unlawful content, harass others, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or access data you are not authorized to use. Do not copy, resell, or exploit the service without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Your saved and shared content

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give NextBite permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the features you use, including sharing with people you choose. Only submit content or links you are entitled to use. Saving a video link does not transfer ownership of the original video or grant rights to republish it.

5. Restaurant information and rankings

Restaurant details may be extracted automatically from third-party videos and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Verify addresses, opening hours, menus, prices, and availability directly with the restaurant before visiting. Personal rankings reflect your preferences; they are not guarantees about a restaurant. NextBite does not operate the restaurants shown in the app.

6. Third-party services

NextBite may link to videos, maps, restaurants, sign-in providers, and other services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. NextBite does not control their content or availability and is not affiliated with a platform or restaurant merely because it appears in the app.

7. App access and pricing

NextBite is currently free to download and use. If paid features are introduced, their pricing and applicable terms will be presented before purchase. Downloading and using the iOS app is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and application license agreement, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

8. Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how NextBite collects, uses, and retains information. You can delete your account in the app through Settings → Delete account. See the account deletion page for instructions and retention details. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or cloud data.

9. Availability and changes

Features may change, and processing or access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. You may stop using NextBite at any time.

10. Your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NextBite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

11. Updates to these terms

Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or consent will be requested before they take effect.
